Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a credit card to start the Pro trial?
No. The 21-day Pro trial is completely free and requires no card. We'll only ask for payment details if you decide to keep Pro after the trial ends.
What happens when my Pro trial ends?
Your account automatically reverts to the Free plan with its normal monthly limits. You won't be charged anything. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time — your data is preserved.
Can I cancel Pro at any time?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Subscription. You keep Pro features until the end of your current billing period, then drop back to Free — no questions asked, no exit fees.
How does the Form 7 / Form 9 yearly plan work?
A one-off yearly fee unlocks unlimited lodgements for that form for 12 months. Buy them individually ($59/yr each) or together with the Forms Bundle ($99/yr) and save ~17%. The bundle does not include any Pro tools.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Yes. Pro Annual is $790/yr — the equivalent of 10 months instead of 12, so you get 2 months free. Switch from monthly to annual whenever you like.
Will my data be kept if I downgrade?
Yes. All your saved Form 7s, Form 9s, jobs, customers, quotes and inspection records remain in your account. You'll just lose the ability to create new items in Pro-only sections until you upgrade again.
Are taxes (GST) included in the prices?
Yes — every advertised price includes Australian GST. A tax invoice is automatically emailed after each charge.
I'm a sole trader — is Pro overkill?
Maybe. If you mostly look up standards and lodge a couple of forms a month, stay on Free. If you're juggling jobs, customers and supplier quotes — even as a one-person business — Pro will save you several hours a week and pay for itself easily.
What does Pro+ include that Pro doesn't?
Pro+ adds your AI Agent — a natural-language command engine you can talk to or type into. Tell it to book a job, text a customer, call a tenant, place a supplier order, or book a council inspection and it does it for you after you confirm. It also includes automated outbound SMS cascades, voice calls, and AI quote follow-up.
