Tenant has reported a strong gas smell at a rental property in Maleny. I'm the property manager and can't get my regular plumber until Monday. Need someone tonight or first thing tomorrow morning to isolate and repair. LPG system, 45 kg cylinder at the rear. Tenant has been asked to turn off the cylinder and leave windows open. Property is vacant tonight so access is fine — I'll give you the code.
